1) Full Day Coverage
We will be with you your entire day, from you getting ready for your big day, right through to the end of your reception.

We do not charge for extra hours, nor do we force you to choose between paying for extra hours or sacrificing memories. This ensures we capture all the  tender moments and integral parts of your day, across your entire day, without you having to turn the coverage of your special day into a numbers game.

Our full day coverage:

  • Ensures that there are no gaps or missing parts of your wedding day
  • Removes wedding day planning frustration, as you no longer have to find ways to squeeze your wedding within “x” hours just so it can be photographed.
  • Reduces wedding day stress and rushing, as you no longer need to race to meet unrealistic timetables
  • Means that your Photographers are not watching the clock nor skipping photo opportunities whilst counting down the clock

2) Fun and Happiness
Capturing your joy and happiness on your special day goes to the heart of what our Wedding Photography is all about.

We know that couples are tired of the same old “kiss in front of the building or tree” type photos which dominate the Wedding Photography industry, and we pride ourselves in our skilled capture of the actual emotions of your day. Our diligent and down to earth photography team are a pleasure to work with and work tirelessly to capture these moments. Our team injects fun and humour into your Wedding day, as well as being the trusted partners you can rely on, knowing we’ll run ourselves ragged to make you happy.

3) Focused photojournalism

We are of the absolute view that photojournalistic photographs are timeless photographs that will last for generations to come, and place a high focus on the capture of these photographs. Our cameras are constantly at our faces and clicking away, and we leverage off our expertise and experience to anticipate and capture all your precious moments, as they occur. This ensures we capture all the sweet natural moments that happen throughout your day. We believe the key to great photojournalism is to not be responsive, but rather, anticipatory. Anticipation of moments before they occur provides us with the foresight to capture moments as and when they appear.

4) No Sales Staff
We are Photographers, not Salesmen. Our expertise and comparative advantages are as specialists in photography, not post wedding sales.

Therefore, you can be assured that you will:

  • Not be required to buy albums or prints
  • Never be asked to pay an extra dollar beyond what you have agreed
  • Never have to accept a “hindered” version of your photographs such as “low resolution” or “watermarks” (which are all mechanisms to increase the amount you pay to the photographer)
  • Never have to pay for extra hours. Our coverage is unlimited hours on your Wedding day
  • Never be charged excessive markups for products. We charge flat rates for extras such as albums, if you want them.

5) International Award Winning Photographers
Our photographers have won multiple awards including at WPPI – however we have since stopped entering them, as we realised award winning images have no bearing on our results for our clients.

6) Portfolio Integrity
Every photograph on this website has been personally photographed by our two main photographers. and we absolutely guarantee that you will not be assigned a “random” photographer on the day. Our unique, natural, colourful photographic style cannot be replicated and as such only our two main photographers can provide you with this level of photographic output.

7) High Endurance and technologically enabled
Clarte Photography is at the leading edge of wedding photography technology and are able to provide a number of unique capabilities which puts us at the forefront of wedding photographers in Melbourne:

  • Our main wedding photographers are in peak physical condition with high endurance (including military backgrounds)
  • We are one of the few wedding photographers in Melbourne who have the technological capability to produce Same Day Edit slideshows to play at your Wedding Reception
  • We design and implement industry leading risk management practices to safeguard your precious memories
  • We utilise photographic gear that 99.9% of our peers do not use, such as the Canon 200mm f/2L IS supertelephoto lens
  • At all our weddings we assign a two person photographic teams include your primary photographer, as well as a secondary photographer who is a data management and technology specialist to manage all of the above technologies
